I will be offering the Mindful Self-Compassion course online over eight Thursday evenings (and one Sunday morning) in Melbourne starting in August 2020.
We’ll be meeting on Thursday evenings 6.30pm to 9.30pm (AEST) from 5th August to 23rd September.
In addition, there will be a Half Day Retreat on Sunday 5th September from 9am to 12pm (AEST)
