Welcoming all into a live online immersion of the full 8 week mindful self-compassion course.
Meeting Tuesdays Sept 7 through Oct 26 for 2.5 hours (5 pm Central, 6 pm Eastern)

This course is designed to enhance your ability to:
Practice self-compassion in daily life
Understand the empirically-supported benefits of self-compassion
Motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism
Handle difficult emotions with greater ease
Transform challenging relationships, old and new
Manage caregiver fatigue
Embrace the art of savoring and self-appreciation

Free one-hour orientation: August 24th 5:00 pm Central, 6:00 pm Eastern
