Leanna Gilliam and Cara McNamara are pleased to offer the 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion Course this Fall! This is virtual offering with sessions running (mostly*) on Tuesdays from 4:00 – 6:30pm (Eastern Time) from October 5 through Sunday, November 21, 2021. The MSC 8-week course includes a luxurious 4-hour retreat day (dedicated to you and your wellbeing) and that will occur on Sunday, November 7 from 2:00 – 6:00 pm (Eastern Time)
Leanna and Cara are committed to creating a compassionate virtual community where you will feel safe to “just be” as we learn about common humanity and explore the beautiful practices of awareness and self-kindness. This course includes meditations, reflections and exercises, topic discussions and sharing. The Mindful Self-Compassion curriculum is rooted in the research of Drs. Kristin Neff (researcher) and Chris Germer (clinician) and has been offered to thousands world-wide.
* Leanna and Cara wanted to leave the week of Thanksgiving open in the event that participants were traveling or preparing for guests for the holiday and shifted our last class to Sunday, November 21 @4:00 – 6:30pm (Eastern Time).
