This is the full eight week Mindful Self-Compassion Course plus a retreat session (over nine weeks inclusive).
Caroline has been teaching mindfulness-based stress reduction programmes and more recently self-compassion programmes to people affected by cancer and other life threatening illnesses since 2005.
Concessions are available and no one will be turned away on financial grounds.
