I’m very excited to be able to teach the Mindful Self-compassion course online, and in some ways I’m finding it better than face to face. It means you don’t have to travel (so you save time, money and carbon emissions), you participate in the safety and security of your own home (safety is really important to allow this to work) and the course can include a rich mix of people with all sorts of backgrounds from all sorts of places.

As well as the course sessions I am available in between for any personal work that might be needed to apply the teaching to individual circumstances.
