The 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course is a heartfelt, nurturing and deep experience.
In this course we will use meditations, journaling, small group discussions and practical techniques.
We will also go through the science behind self-compassion, all to deepen our experience of what self-compassion is
and how it expresses itself in our bodies.
During the 8-weeks of the course we will be focusing on the following topics:

Week 2, February 13th: Practicing Mindfulness
Week 3, February 20th: Practicing Loving-Kindness
Week 4, February 27th: Discovering your Compassionate Voice
Week 5, March 6th: Living Deeply
GUIDED SILENT RETREAT Saturday March 12th, 1 – 5 PM
Week 6, March 13th: Meeting Difficult Emotions
Week 7, March 20th: Exploring Challenging Relationships
Week 8, March 27th: Embracing your Life
The 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course is also very much a group experience,
where we together explore and go deep with the self-compassion practices.
