Online 8-week MSC Course taught by Andie Ashworth, RCSW and Caroline Whisman-Blair, LCSW. This course is offered to folks in Canada and the United States.
Andie has been working as a clinical social worker and therapist for over 15 years. She has extensive post-graduate training in somatic approaches to trauma healing, and works from an anti-racist and anti-oppressive framework. She has had a mindfulness practice since 2001 and is passionate about about offering Mindful Self-Compassion training to her community. Andie lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Caroline has over 13 years of experiencing working in mental health and 9 years of post graduate experience. She is trained in various approaches and experienced in the treatment of grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, religious trauma, caregiver burden, chronic / terminal illness and suicidal ideation. She is trained in Internal Family Systems and somatic based approaches. She is also an allied therapist to folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. She has practiced mindfulness and meditation since 2018 and is passionate about the profound impact MSC has on people’s lives. Caroline lives in Bozeman, Montana, USA.
This course will be held on Mondays from 6pm-8:30pm via zoom. The retreat will be on April 23rd from 9:30am-1:30pm. We will not have a session on April 18th.
