An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until June 8, 2022
This class includes meditation, teaching, and time for connection and sharing. Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) will help you learn to care for yourself in the midst of stress and overwhelm. You will learn skills to help you acknowledge your difficult thoughts and feelings with a spirit of openness and love rather than self-judgment or self-criticism.
Research indicates MSC can help you:
lower stress
handle difficult emotions with greater ease
feel more connected in relationships
develop better boundaries
stop being so hard on yourself
manage caregiver fatigue
Previous MSC participants have shared that the class provided a supportive community and increased their ability to be kind to themselves during moments of pain and stress.
