This course includes meditation, teaching, and time for connection and sharing. The 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course will help you learn to care for yourself in the midst of stress and overwhelm. You will practice skills to help you acknowledge your difficult thoughts and feelings with a spirit of openness and love rather than self-judgment or self-criticism.
MSC can help you lower stress, handle difficult emotions with greater ease, feel more connected in relationships, develop better boundaries, and manage caregiver fatigue
