An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Thursday, repeating until October 27, 2016
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported 8-week program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. It was developed by Christopher Germer, PhD, a leader in the integration of mindfulness and psychotherapy and Kristin Neff, PhD, a pioneering researcher in the field of self-compassion. This program is designed for members of the general public. Meditation experience is not necessary to participate in MSC.
The Class will meet Thursday Evenings starting Sept 8th at 7:00-9:30PM. There will be an optional retreat Saturday Oct 15, 9AM-12:30. For questions please contact Kathy firstname.lastname@example.org
