It can help us maintain healthy lifestyle habits such as diet and exercise as it motivates us through kindness. During times of difficulty it provides emotional strength and resilience, helping us to reduce stress and anxiety.
Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) is an empirically supported 8-week program based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Chris Germer. An explosion of research into self-compassion over the last decade has shown its benefits for well-being. This is an opportunity to explore how we typically respond when difficulties arise in our lives and to learn tools for becoming a warm and supportive companion to ourselves. You will learn how to bring these skills, mindfulness and loving kindness into your daily life to

The course takes place in a personal and relaxed setting, providing a space for reflection and connection. The maximum number of participants is 16. The perfect way to start your week!
What do I get and what does it cost? Included is 8 weekly 3 hour sessions with refreshments and half-day retreat at Ariyasom Villa with lunch (http://www.ariyasom.com/). If you miss a session, we offer detailed notes from the session and an opportunity to have a session on skype/zoom. All materials needed will be provided, including a MSC Guide. Between the sessions, we will connect with you via email twice with nudges, inspirational videos and texts. The course provides continuous support and guidance that enhances the possibilities of seeing the benefits MSC emerge in your life. The fee for the training is 10,000 THB.
