We are currently enrolling for our next 8-week online MSC course that will meet on Friday mornings 9:30-noon, beginning Friday, September 30th and ending November 18th.

This structured course will help you cultivate self-compassion, one of our greatest internal resources for strength, coping and resilience. Participants will learn about the two sides of self-compassion, the gentle side which is comforting, soothing and nurturing, and the fierce side that involves protecting, providing for and motivating ourselves. Both sides together can help us challenge long0held negative core beliefs, soothe and diffuse painful emotions like shame and sadness, protect us from harm, set boundaries, and encourage us to take action or even risk failure.

Many of you are familiar with the program and know how deeply meaningful this material is and how enriching the experience can be. We are still teaching online this Fall, so geographic location is not a barrier to participating.  It is such a joy to share this experience with participants.
