The 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course is a heartfelt, nurturing and deep experience.
In this course we will use meditations, journaling, small group discussions and practical techniques.
We will also go through the science behind self-compassion, all to deepen our experience of what self-compassion is
and how it expresses itself in our bodies.
During the 8-weeks of the course we will be focusing on the following topics:
Week 1, October 19th: Discovering Mindful Self-Compassion
Week 2, October 26th: Practicing Mindfulness
Week 3, November 2nd: Practicing Loving-Kindness
Week 4, November 9th: Discovering your Compassionate Voice
Week 5, November 16th: Living Deeply
GUIDED ONLINE RETREAT Saturday November 20th, time to be decided with group
Week 6, November 23rd: Meeting Difficult Emotions
Week 7, November 30th: Exploring Challenging Relationships
Week 8, December 7th: Embracing your Life
The 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course is also very much a group experience,
