The 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course is a heartfelt, nurturing and deep experience.
In this course we will use meditations, journaling, small group discussions and practical techniques.
We will also go through the science behind self-compassion, all to deepen our experience of what self-compassion is
and how it expresses itself in our bodies.
During the 8-weeks of the course we will be focusing on the following topics:
Week 1, October 21st: Discovering Mindful Self-Compassion
Week 2, October 28th: Practicing Mindfulness
Week 3, November 4th: Practicing Loving-Kindness
Week 4, November 11th: Discovering your Compassionate Voice
Week 5, November 18th: Living Deeply
GUIDED ONLINE RETREAT Sunday November 21st, time to be decided with group
Week 6, November 25th: Meeting Difficult Emotions
Week 7, December 2nd: Exploring Challenging Relationships
Week 8, December 9th: Embracing your Life
The 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course is also very much a group experience,
