The 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course is a heartfelt, nurturing and deep experience.
In this course we will use meditations, journaling, small group discussions and practical techniques.
We will also go through the science behind self-compassion, all to deepen our experience of what self-compassion is
and how it expresses itself in our bodies.
During the 8-weeks of the course we will be focusing on the following topics:
