The Krame Center For Mindful Living is offering a LIVE online 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion course taught by senior instructor Beth Sandweiss, MSW, MA, LPC and Mindful Self-Compassion teacher trained by the Center For Mindful Self-Compassion. Beth will be accompanied by Sarah Gouveia, General Assistant.
When we are faced with difficult moments in our lives, we can increase our resilience by strengthening our capacity for self-compassion. We can learn tools to cultivate an awareness of our experience that will enable us to meet ourselves with kindness, care, and understanding. Research shows that self-compassion boosts happiness, reduces anxiety and depression, and enhances overall wellbeing. We invite you to benefit from our upcoming 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course with Beth.
