I will be offering the Mindful Self-Compassion course online over eight Thursday evenings (and one Sunday morning) in Melbourne starting in February 2022.
We’ll be meeting on Thursday evenings 6.30pm to 9.30pm (AEST) from 17th February to 7th April.
In addition, there will be a Half Day Retreat on Sunday 20th March from 9am to 12pm (AEST)
