Mindful Self Compassion Training for Adults
Now offered Live On-Line via Zoom in response to health and safety considerations for all. May we all be well.
Learn to be kinder to yourself! Life can be stressful. Instead of judging or criticizing yourself, learn how to treat yourself as you would a good friend who is suffering.
The MSC Program is an 8-week research supported program designed for you to develop resources that may help to increase coping skills, improve emotional well-being and support positive healthy lifestyle changes. This program combines exercises in mindfulness, self compassion, personal inquiry and meditation. Participants will learn how to calm their minds, reduce stress in their bodies, and befriend themselves.
Taught by Dr. Georgina Robinson, a certified School Psychologist, and Zoey Ryan BSc., Life Coach and Health Educator, both are trained Mindful Self Compassion Teachers registered with the Center for Mindful Self Compassion.
Location: Live On-Line via Zoom Platform
Program: Wed. April 15 – June 3
Time: 6:00 – 8:30pm
