Learn how to be kinder to yourself with Mindful Self Compassion Training (MSC), a research supported program developed by Dr. Kristin Neff &
Dr. Christopher Germer. The MSC program has been designed to teach folks the basic MSC and mindfulness practices so they can begin their journey into Mindful Self Compassion.
Who Should Attend? All adults are welcome.
Facilitated by Dr. Georgina Robinson and Zoey Ryan, you will learn practical skills to improve coping and increase emotional well-being to live with greater mindfulness and ease.
No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required.
This program is especially beneficial for those new to mindfulness or meditation, those with chronic health conditions, parents of kids with special needs and caregivers.
This training qualifies for as the prerequisite for training as a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) Teacher.
Training is presented Live On-line using ZOOM.
