Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)​, as developed by Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff, is an evidence-based training program designed to cultivate emotional resilience through the skill of self-compassion.

Monique Mercier is a trained MSC Teacher and registered psychological associate in Ontario. This course will be offered online, including 8 interactive sessions of 2.5 hours each on Wednesday evenings from 6-8:30 (EST) starting June 17.

The fee for this course is $400.

“The Mindful Self-Compassion Workbook: The Proven Way to Build Inner Strength and Thrive”, by Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff.
