8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course Online

Course Navigation

This is a course spanning over 9 sessions which includes a retreat. Each session is 3 hours, with a 15 min break in the middle, giving you the opportunity to experience this transformational programme in full. Through exercises, meditations, self-reflection and sharing you will learn ways to grow greater inner strength, acceptance and joy. The course combines the skills of mindfulness with self-compassion, providing a powerful tool for emotional resilience. A workbook and guided meditations on Soundcloud complement the in-class learning – a commitment to some cultivation of the approach in between sessions is essential. All welcome, no prior experience of mindfulness necessary. I am a senior CMSC teacher in that I am certified and mentor other teachers so have the experience to best support you on your self-compassion path.
