An event every week that begins at 5:45 pm on Friday, repeating until March 26, 2021
This is a course spanning over 9 sessions which includes a retreat. Each session is 2.30 hours, with a 10 min break in the middle. Through exercises, meditations, self-reflection and sharing you will learn ways to grow greater inner strength, acceptance and joy. The course combines the skills of mindfulness with self-compassion, providing a powerful tool for emotional resilience. A workbook and personalised guided meditations complement the in-class learning – a commitment to some cultivation of the approach in between sessions is essential. All welcome, no prior experience of mindfulness necessary. I am a senior CMSC teacher in that I am Certified and mentor other teachers so have the experience to best support you on your self-compassion path.
