An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until June 22, 2021
This is a course spanning over 9 sessions which includes a retreat. Each session is 3 hours, with a 15 min break in the middle. Through exercises, meditations, self-reflection and sharing you will learn ways to grow greater inner strength, acceptance and joy. The course combines the skills of mindfulness with self-compassion, providing a powerful tool for emotional resilience. Weekly emails and personalised guided meditations by the teachers complement the in-class learning – a commitment to some cultivation of the approach in between sessions is essential. The published ‘MSC workbook’ by Neff and Germer is highly recommended as supplementary material. All welcome, no prior experience of mindfulness necessary. I am a senior Certified CMSC teacher, mentor and teacher trainer so I’m well placed to support you fully on your self-compassion path.
