We will be offering the Mindful Self-Compassion course over eight Thursday evenings (and one Sunday morning) in Melbourne starting in October 2020.
We’ll be meeting on Thursday evenings 6.30pm to 9.30pm (AEST) from 15th October to 3rd December
In addition, there will be a Half Day Retreat on Sunday 8th November from 9am to 12pm (AEST)
