Teens connect on weekly zoom meetings to learn and practice mindful self-compassion.

In this empirically supported 8-week long course, Making Friends with Yourself (MSC-T), meets weekly for 1.25 hours. Teens engage in developmentally appropriate activities and carefully crafted practices and meditations, which provide them with the opportunity to learn how to navigate the emotional ups and downs of life with greater ease.
Preliminary research finds that MSC-T participants experience many benefits including decreased stress, greater resilience and increased well-being.
