Burnout can be insidious, leading to mental and physical exhaustion, a sense of meaninglessness, cynicism, and depression, not to mention various forms of physical illness. Whether you’re experiencing full-blown burnout or you are merely at risk, MSC will teach you to recognize your own suffering (both big and small), how to respond to it with kindness, and how to provide for yourself mental, emotional, and physical support.
MSC it taught around the world by hundreds of trained teachers. It’s an empirically-supported, 8-week training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. Program activities include meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion with other women dealing with issues of burnout, and home practice.
