An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Sunday, repeating indefinitely
If you find yourself suffering from a little too much self-harassment and would like to cultivate a kinder path for yourself, this program is for you. We meet on Tuesday evenings, commencing October 9th, in the beautiful Trinity Hall that is the home of the Melbourne Centre for Mindfulness. There is a break scheduled after the Melbourne Cup Weekend (Tuesday 6th November, so no class this week) and there is also a half-day retreat which is part of the program, on Sunday morning 18th November.
Easily accessible by public transport (Jolimont Station a five minute walk away) and just next door to the tranquil Fitzroy Gardens. The hall is also accessible by wheelchair.
