Offering in Term 3, in our beautiful and warm hall that is the home of the Melbourne Centre for Mindfulness, the 8 week Mindful Self-Compassion program. We are conveniently located near the Jolimont train station and just around the corner from the tranquil Fitzroy Gardens in East Melbourne.
On Tuesday evenings, from 6.30 – 9.15 pm commencing July 24th until September 18th (no class scheduled for August 28th). We have a half day retreat on Sunday 2nd September.
