Come together in community and learn research-based practices and exercises, to cultivate an attitude of open awareness and kindness. Learn how practicing Self-Compassion positively impacts how we relate to ourselves and others, increases resilience, and improves our overall well-being. The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program at The Krame Center for Mindful Living is backed by solid scientific research and is taught by LIVE instructors, trained in the official MSC curriculum. Our course features interactive practices, exercises and classroom discussions.
