The Mindful Self-Compassion course will help you cultivate the deeply transformative skill of treating yourself with kindness rather than with harsh judgements and self-criticism.
You will explore the neuroscience of compassion and the core evidence-based principles that will help you learn to relate to yourself with unconditional warmth and understanding – just as you relate to friends when they are struggling with life’s difficulties such as health, work, relationship and financial problems, or are in emotional pain.
During the 8 weekly sessions you will: begin to engage more in healthy behaviours (self-care that contributes to your emotional, mental and physical wellbeing); develop better relationships with others (and yourself!), discover greater emotional resilience, and unearth the capacity to live a richer, fuller life.
There is a built-in break in this course to allow for the UK Easter school holidays.
I may be joined by an excellent co-teacher for the last few weeks as I will be 8 months pregnant at this point :)
