Is your self-critical voice making many of your life decisions for you? Fortunately for people who struggle with being too hard on themselves, self-compassion is a skill that can be learned. The 8-week MSC course is now forming in Kansas City. Bring along your curiosity, a courageous attitude, and discover what happens when you learn to relate with your difficulties in a new way.
This course is offered by trained MSC Teacher, Aimee Eckhardt and Certified MBCT Teacher and psychotherapist, Dr. Tracy Ochester. This course takes place in Kansas City, northwest of The Plaza.
CEs are available for mental health providers in Kansas and Missouri.
“The facilitators, Aimee Eckhardt and Dr. Tracy Ochester, provided a caring, professional and safe environment within which to learn and practice. Even though I feel I’ve just scratched the surface of my adventure into a life of mindful self-compassion, I am already much more able to be a better friend to myself which has resulted in me experiencing a more content, peaceful and grounded life.”
Michelle, writer, Kansas City
CEs are available for Kansas and Missouri providers. This is a qualifying prerequisite for the MSC Teacher Training.
