Mindful Self-Compassion is a transformational resiliency training. Never in our history has it been more important to learn these skills (in my view!).
So many of us are facing very many challenges; uncertainty, financial challenges, relationship stress and most pertinent, the internal struggle with it all.
MSC has helped me meet these difficulties with a more centred and calm approach. I’m still human; fears and strong emotions still arise, however I am meeting them with an inner strength I did not have before I practised MSC.
As you have found this page, you will likely already know about the profound benefits of MSC – all researched and evidence by Kristin Neff. So if you feel ready, this course has the potential to give you more courage, inner strength, personal insight and self-compassion than you may ever have imagined is possible.
I love this work and feel privileged to teach it.
Kind Mind teachers are known for providing a safe space, (a sacred space) to explore MSC in a way that is comfortable and accessible for you. But, please don’t take our word for it. This is what some of our Grads have to say about their experience of learning with us:
“I’ve found MSC life changing. It really has changed the way I feel about myself… It’s left me with a really great sense of joy, self-belief, more self-acceptance and has also helped me overcome some long-held negative beliefs. I am eternally grateful.”
“Kathryn and Liz provide a safe, supportive space to facilitate self-kindness and mindfulness. They are amazing teachers who bring warmth, humour and a wealth of experience and knowledge to the course. Truly transformative. I highly recommend. If you want to improve the relationship with yourself and others, this course is a must.”
“MSC is the reason I was able to release my anxiety & move through my depression.”
“The MSC course was life changing for me. For so many years I had been unkind to myself leading to debilitating thoughts of worry, negativity, lack of confidence & self-doubt. Kathryn gently guided me to start to love, honour & be compassionate to myself. Kathryn’s sense of compassion, love, joy, & fun was apparent throughout the course. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for calm, peace and guidance in their life. Thank you!”
We not only support you during the training, we also offer Kind Mind Graduates an opportunity to join our community for daily practice, share joys and challenges on our private WhatsApp group and offer monthly booster sessions called Keeping your Practice Alive!
So, if you’re ready to dive into this magical world of kindness and self-compassion, we warmly welcome you to join us x
If you do not feel confident on Zoom, it's okay! We will guide you through when we have our 121 interview with you prior to the course :0)
