An event every week that begins at 7:30 pm on Sunday and Saturday, repeating until December 11, 2022
Containing the key practices of Mindful Self Compassion and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction, this eight week course, providing 16 hours of classroom time on Zoom and audio mp3s to practise with each week. It covers formal and informal practices, some exercises and ways of embedding Mindfulness and Self-Compassion into our lives.
Building our resources, inner resilience and sense of community are essential in these challenging times. The 8 week online course is full of ways to meet the difficulties we may be facing in our lives which could be physical, mental, emotional or in relationship with others.
