Course Navigation

Julie Potiker and Natalie Sobel, both Trained Teachers of MSC, plan to bring compassion, kindness, warmth, and humour to this 8-week online offering of the MSC training program. How else could they teach together but on Zoom, considering that Julie lives in San Diego, USA, and Natalie lives near Toronto, in Canada?! Natalie is a clinical social worker based in Hamilton, Ontario. Included in her day job, she co-facilitates a DBT-based skills group. Natalie is passionate about MSC and has been co-facilitating MSC courses since 2018. Julie Potiker is a mindfulness expert with extensive teacher training in a variety of tools and methods, including Mindful Self-Compassion. Through her Mindful Methods for Life program offerings and her book — “Life Falls Apart, but You Don’t Have To: Mindful Methods for Staying Calm in the Midst of Chaos” — Julie helps others bring more peace and wellness into their lives. For more information about Julie, visit www.MindfulMethodsForLife.com. Please email Natalie very soon, before April 26, to get the Early Bird Rate. Natalie’s email is natalie.msc@bell.net.
