Orientation Friday February 5th 7-8pm. Week 1 Feb 23rd (5-8pm), March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, April 6th, 13th. Retreat Day March 27th (3-7pm)

There has never been a better time to learn techniques which resource and build resilience. The 8 week online course is packed with ways to meet the range of difficulties we’re facing whether they’re emotional, physical, mental or relational.
