8 Week Online Mindful Self Compassion Course
Orientation Wednesday February 2nd 7-8pm. Week 1 February 9th (4.00-7pm), 16th, 23rd, 29th, March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, Retreat Day Saturday March 12th (9.30-1.30am)
Building resources, resilience and community are essential in difficult times. The 8 week online course is packed with ways to meet the range of difficulties we’re facing whether they’re emotional, physical, mental or relational.
