8-week Online Mindful Self-Compassion program

This On-line 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program is a journey of discovering how styles of relating to ourselves contribute directly to the experience of stress and harshness towards our self. The program builds skills to enabling interaction within ourselves, and to others, with greater understanding, warmth, and compassion with John’s gentle humour added to the mix; retrains the brain, and opens a door to greater freedom, ease, and peace in life. The program includes one week in which the 3-hour silent retreat program, between week 6 and week 7, will occur and hence the program occurs over a total of 9 weeks (8 weeks for the MSC program and 1 week for the retreat.

Attendance at this program will qualify you to apply to attend Train the Teacher training.

The cost of this program is $425 and some rebated places for $225. Note: You need to talk to John first before applying for the rebated position as this is for people in special circumstances. The experience builds consecutively across the 9 weeks.

By booking for session One at 10 am AEST on Saturday 1 August (5 pm PDT on Friday 31 July) we will automatically register you for all 9 MSC sessions including a 3-hour retreat at week 7.
