In this online 9-week Mindful Self-Compassion course, you will learn the key principles and practices of self-compassion. Research has shown that these techniques can help improve emotional well-being and the ability to cope with life’s challenges, lead to lower levels of anxiety and depression, and increase relationship and life satisfaction. Join us to to deepen your self-awareness and start building your own self-compassion toolkit to thrive in today’s challenging environment!
In MSC you’ll learn:
how to stop being so hard on yourself
how to handle difficult emotions with greater ease
how to motivate yourself with encouragement rather than criticism
how to transform difficult relationships, both old and new
mindfulness and self-compassion practices for home and everyday life
the theory and research behind mindful self-compassion

Taught by Stefanie Harris, with co-teacher Erin Flanagan—both Stefanie and Erin are trained through the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
