An in-depth 9 week online course to elevate your well being through Mindful Self Compassion. MSC is an opportunity to explore how we typically respond when difficulties arise in our lives and to learn tools for becoming a warm and supportive companion to ourselves. Open to all those who wish to explore the benefits and to develop inner resources that support the everyday demands of life. Practicing MSC can enhance one’s self-compassion, compassion for others, mindful awareness and sense of well-being. It can also decrease depression, anxiety, stress, and caregiver and compassion fatigue.
Program activities include meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, and home practices. This program allows participants to directly experience self compassion and to learn practices that evoke self-compassion in daily life.
