Join us at ‘Be Together’, a monthly drop-in practice session in which we explore topics around mindfulness, compassion and positive psychology through guided meditation, exercises and self-reflection activities.

This online gathering offers you the chance to practice in a virtual group setting with people from across the globe.

Each month is based on a theme suited to the changing of the seasons and the time of year.

We meet on the last Wednesday of each month for one hour, from 20:00 CET to 21:00 CET.

If you are looking for an affordable and flexible offer to attend group sessions, this might be an interesting format for you.
Our booking options are flexible to suit your needs: book one session at a time or a bundle of three sessions.
The first session is €10, after that €15 drop-in or €30 for a bundle of three sessions that can be used within a six-month time period from the date of purchase.
