Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is a training program, based on the groundbreaking research of Kristin Neff and the clinical expertise of Chris Germer. It is designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion.
Research demonstrates that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing, reduced stress levels, and less anxiety and depression. It can support the maintenance of healthy habits such as diet and exercise and has been shown to lead to greater resilience and strength.
Everyone is welcome – with and without previous meditation experience.
The course will run as a combination of 4 separate Sundays (4th February, 25th February, 4th March, 8th April) with 4 online sessions (8th February, 15th February, 15th March and 22nd March).
