We will be hosting our first community evening of MIndful Self-Compassion (MSC) practise and discussion.
You need no experience of either MSC or meditation to attend.
The class will open with a short meditation, followed by a general talk about MSC principles, a brief exercise and a longer practise. There will also be time for questions and sharing.
If you are new to MSC, come along and dip a toe in the water.
If you have trained already, then you may enjoy rediscovering the practises and finding new depths to your understanding and experience.
You are all very welcome, and please share with anyone else who may like to join us.
Please wear cosy clothing and bring cushions, meditation seats or blankets that will help you to relax during the session.
We will have a basket for donations – suggested is $5-15 if you are able, and if not, you are still very welcome to attend.
