This workshop will support you to find peace with food, your body and yourself. You will be introduced to mindful self-compassion practices you can use immediately in your life to help you care for yourself when you are stressed and struggling.
You will learn how to stop beating yourself up and change yourself relationship to food and body image issues.
Victoria Pawlowski, M.Ed., RCC is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Trained Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion with extensive training and experience in eating psychology, mind-body nutrition and integrated body psychotherapy.
