This course is an Introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion with a focus on bringing kind awareness to our relationship with our body, our food and ourselves. Participants will learn about key practices they can use immediately to cultivate self-compassion especially when feeling stressed, overwhelmed, shamed or other difficult emotions. We will also cover core Mind-Body Nutrition Principles that can help regulate mood and energy so that you can continue to practice self-care in all the ways you need.
