This is an enhanced version of the 8-week, standard MSC curriculum. (Please note time zone is SGT)
What does the program include?

This enhanced online MSC course includes a total of 32 hours of learning and skill development together, plus many additional opportunities for growth and contact!
1) 8 core course sessions X 3 hours each (24 hours) on Mondays 6.30pm – 9.30pm Singapore Time, starting Monday 7 June ending Monday 26 July
2) a retreat session on Saturday 10 July
3) 7 mid-week practice sessions X 45 minutes each
4) participation in a Telegram group for sharing, informal reminders and asking questions
**Detailed session summaries after every single Monday session that review the ideas and skills learned and provide additional resources of learning and development on specific points
**Participant course booklet with descriptions of all skills and worksheets for skill development

This course is scheduled in Singapore Time and we welcome participants from Europe, Middle East and Asia regions.
Prior to registering, participants should plan to attend every session and practice mindfulness and self-compassion at least 20-30 minutes per day on their own throughout the program.

Program activities include meditation, short talks, experiential exercises, group discussion, and home practices. Please look at MSC as an experiential training and not a class. The main goal is for participants to directly experience self-compassion and learn practices that evoke self-compassion in daily life.
