The eight week Change Through Compassion Workshop provides participants with the opportunity to gain experience in Mindfulness and Self-Compassion by deepening their own wisdom through an emphasis on practice. The Change Through Compassion Workshop meets for 8 weekly sessions, with an extended Retreat Day. Each 2 1/2 hour weekly session incorporates hands-on activities and exposure to the concepts of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion. The tuition for participants is $325. For those participants interested in pursuing the Teacher Training in Mindful Self-Compassion, the Workshop fulfills the prerequisites.
