ABOUT SASCHA BORREE:
Sascha teaches various mindfulness and compassion practices, such as Mindful Self-Compassion, MSC, and Compassionate (or Nonviolent) Communication, NVC. He is also training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT, and in Focusing. His understanding of what it means to live compassionately is deeply rooted in his personal Zen practice. Sascha studies Zen in the lineage of the San Francisco Zen Centre, where he has done various intense multi-month practice periods. He currently resides at a Zen monastery in Germany and has been a resident at New Life Foundation, Thailand. Other than as a compassion and mindfulness teacher, Sascha also works as a writer and translator.
