In this introductory workshop you will be able to try a few of the key mindful self-compassion practices. We will go over the foundation of somatic self-compassion and experiment with how we somatically can meet difficult emotions with self-compassion. This workshop will be mostly experiential, but there will also be enough theory for you to understand why the practices have the effects they do.
