COVID-19 SPECIAL: This 2-hour, online program delivered through ZOOM, is offered to all Hong Kong (Cantonese speaking) citizens. The purpose of the workshop is (1) to introduce to the concept of self-compassion to the general public, (2) to practice (some of the) skills for cultivating self-compassion amidst of COVID-19 lockdown. It is also a platform for people to establish meaningful relationship with other while complying to “social distancing”.
