An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Monday, repeating until September 20, 2021
During this 30 minute class, you will be guided through a heart-centered meditation practice that helps to cultivate inner strength and courage in the midst of any difficulty you are facing.
You will be invited to meet difficult emotions with compassion, motivate yourself with kindness instead of criticism, and give yourself what you truly need. Learn to appreciate your good qualities and incline toward yourself with warmth and affection, just as you would a dear friend.
