Introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion (I-MSC) free online workshop, is a wonderful taster for this new to Mindful Self-Compassion, and wanting to dip their toes in the water. It involves some MSC practices and presentation of core concepts.
It can be a wonderful springboard for those considering training in the full MSC 8 week course.
